“The Heart’s Path” Meditation and Rituals Camp
Hoka Hey… Ya Hû… The Heart’s Path
“The Heart's Path” Meditation and Ritual Camp is an event that will introduce you to two similar practises, carried out by two different cultures, living at two very different parts of the globe. The native dances, prayers and rituals of the First Nations people of North America and the Sema (whirling) and prayers of the Anatolian Sufi tradition, are akin to two seperate roads converging in one city. These two “one of a kind” paths, meet at the heart, and are then blended with love and truth.
East Indian Mystic Osho, in his meditative work and meditations, has pieced together all these different practises - from Zen to Islamic mysticism, from Tantra to Yoga – that lead the contemporary human on the path to awareness. We will use his meditation techniques in our “The Heart's Path” workshop.

In the Maulawi Branch of the Anatolian Sufi tradition, Sema is an important ritual, and we will experience the Sema Meditation in this workshop.
Among the native people of North America – namely the Lakota (meaning in their language as “relatives”) customs; prayer, dance and especially the fire ritual takes a crucial place. During our “The Heart’s Path” workshop we will apply the rituals of the Trance Dance breathing and dancing techniques as well as the Fire Ceremony.
As you go on reading, you will come across information about certain practises and meditations about this subject. To attend this event no prerequisites are required, all that is needed is an enthusiasm for exploration.
The Osho Chakra Breathing Meditation
A breathing exercise, which – accompanied by music – goes through body movements by taking fast and deep breaths to the chakras. It establishes connections vertically between the chakras, and as your energy flows up and down your spine, you will feel the inner wholeness of your body once again. The Chakra Breathing Meditation enhances the oxygen going through your body, which in turn beefs up your energy to live, and brings a higher awareness, silence and vitality into your life.
The Osho Non-dimensional Meditation
The Osho Non-dimensional Meditaion is an active meditation, which is inspired by the concept of a series of body moves (Gurdjieff moves) greeting the directions, whirling around oneself (Sema) and Silence. This meditation is accompanied by music, and the technique is aimed to connect oneself to a higher resonance.
The Fire Ceremony
The Fire Ceremony occurs around a campfire, lighted by certain rituals. It is a meditative event that combines prayer, intention, song and any feeling that passes through the heart.
